The Company provides valuations to a wide range of clients for various purposes including bank security/secured lending, property transfer, taxation purposes and for pension fund administration. All valuations are carried out in accordance with the provisions of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Valuations Standards. The practise has developed standard valuation reports which comply with the Practise Statements,Guidance Notes and Appendices within the Standards.
The Company adopts a professional and economic outlook to instructions and has built up a reputation for delivering a high quality of service, while the directors of the practise have in depth first hand knowledge of the Kent property market due to the fact that the commercial agency is one of the Company's principal activities.
Supply and demand implications can be managed through the existing structure. All four directors of the Company are qualified chartered surveyors which allows flexibility managing resources to undertake specific tasks and allow extra resources to be applied as and when necessary.
