REGULATION POLICY

1.  Watson Day Chartered Surveyors comply with UK Anti Money Laundering Regulations 2017.  We are required to establish the identity of each client in the case of a property transaction (sales & lettings) and would refer you to the important notice attached to this agreement concerning the procedure that has to be followed prior to marketing the property.

2.  Watson Day Chartered Surveyors comply with the rules introduced by General Data Protection Regulations 2018. By signing these terms, you are agreeing that you have read our GDPR Notice attached and freely consent that we may hold personal data which relates to the legitimate business activities for which we are engaged with you and consent to and wish to continue receiving communications from us.

3.  Watson Day LLP is regulated by RICS for the provision of surveying services. This means we agree to uphold the RICS Rules of Conduct for Firms and all other applicable mandatory professional practice requirements of RICS, which can be found at www.rics.org. As an RICS regulated firm we have committed to cooperating with RICS in ensuring compliance with its standards.
